1.1 Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days upon successful payment.
- Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.2 Made-to-Order and Seasonal Products
Certain products may be:
- prepared fresh after order, or
- subject to seasonal or limited availability.
If such items are temporarily unavailable, we will notify you and offer:
- a suitable alternative product, or
- a full refund.
1.3 Shipping Timeframes
After dispatch, estimated delivery timelines are:
- 3–7 business days for metro cities
- 5–10 business days for non-metro or remote locations
Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
1.4 Shipping Charges
- Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
- Any free shipping offers will be explicitly mentioned on the website or during promotional periods.
1.5 Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS.
1.6 Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your order.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment may be returned to us.
- Additional re-delivery charges may apply.

2.1 Perishable Food Items
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, returns are not accepted for reasons such as:
- change of mind
- taste preference
- opened or partially used items
However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and genuine concerns will be reviewed.
2.2 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- the item received is damaged,
- the item received is incorrect, or
- the product is expired or spoiled at the time of delivery.

- Email us at support@kaaraalarfoods.com within 48 hours of delivery;
- Attach clear images or videos showing the issue;
- Provide your order number, name, and contact information.
2.3 Refund Approval and Timeline
Upon verification:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- At our discretion, we may also offer store credit or replacement instead of a refund.
2.4 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer,
- repeated failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability,
- refusal to accept the order,
- products that have been tampered with, consumed, or mishandled after delivery.
2.5 Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement or before shipment, whichever occurs first.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
